Return & Exchange Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging, undamaged, and unused.

Items with scratches, misuse-related damages, or faults due to incorrect voltage usage will not be accepted.

For hidden defects not visible at the time of receipt, the company must be notified within 24 hours of delivery.

Special Conditions for Certain Products

Software & video games: Non-returnable.

Mobile phones, computers, and gaming devices: Eligible for return or exchange only if a defect is found within 7 days.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Delivery Time:

Small products: 3-4 business days.

Large products: 3-7 business days.

Shipping outside Riyadh:

Handled by accredited companies within 14 business days (ground floor only, without installation).

Incorrect Address:

The company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount without prior customer contact.

Shipping Delays:

In case of courier delays, the paid amount will be refunded. However, we are not responsible for any consequential damages.

Uncollected Orders:

If a product remains uncollected for 30 days, a 5% storage fee will be charged every additional 30 days.
