By using the website's services, you will be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

You are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the website, including but not limited to:

Customers who have submitted a review of a product or service on Al-Khunaizan Trading Company's website grant full rights and permissions for those reviews to be republished.

This is done without the need for additional consent from the customer, based on their prior consent given at the time of submitting the review.

We reserve the full right to limit the number of items selected per person, per household, or per single order in the shopping cart.
Product Details, Inventory, and Pricing
In our constant endeavor to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrative images, and technical features) and services, some typographical errors may occasionally occur.
We take great care to accurately display product colors on the website; however, the colors you see depend primarily on your screen settings, which are beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color settings on your screen.
Publishing details related to products or services (including but not limited to: marketing brochures, advertisements, commercial offers, magazine features, and flyers) on the website does not constitute a guarantee of the availability of products, offers, or prices, whether through online shopping or in-store.
Additional offers or services (such as subscriptions or applications) are considered part of the product only if an official sticker is physically attached to the product itself clearly indicating so. If no such sticker is present on the product, the product is sold without any additional obligations.
Some errors may occur during the process of providing products or services and displaying detailed pricing information on the website. The website cannot provide individual product prices or the total cost of a product or service until your order has been fully submitted electronically.
If an order has been placed and an invoice issued for a product or service where the price or information is incorrect due to an error in recording the correct price or product/service details, the website reserves the right to either:

Cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
If your order is accepted and processed electronically, the total cost will be calculated and charged to your credit card, and we will notify you by email that the payment is being processed correctly.
Despite our best efforts to offer the lowest prices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, some differences may occur between in-store prices and online prices.
We strive to offer you the best prices both on the website and across all our showrooms; however, some price differences between the website and the showroom may occur.
Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may differ between the website and showrooms.
All product and service prices include VAT — unless otherwise stated in specific cases.
Some products do not include an electrical power cable conforming to local specifications and standards; therefore, the buyer must follow the installation and connection instructions.
Delivery Information
Delivery takes 3 to 4 working days for small products, and 3 to 7 working days for large products. (Friday and Saturday are not counted as working days.)
When selecting the express delivery service within Riyadh city, if the delivery team is unable to reach the customer, the delivery will be postponed and express delivery fees will not be refunded.
These timeframes are suspended during crises or general force majeure circumstances such as rain, suspension of movement, or official public holidays such as Eid and Saudi National Day.
If the shipping company refuses to deliver large-size orders or for any other reason, the order will be cancelled and an email will be sent to the customer within a maximum of 24 hours to notify them of the cancellation.
Al-Khunaizan Electrical Appliances and Air Conditioning reserves the full right to cancel the order and refund the paid amount when incorrect address data is entered — for example, if the customer selects Riyadh city while the actual address is outside Riyadh — without referring back to the customer.
If incorrect address data outside Riyadh city is entered by the customer and the shipping bill of lading has been issued, the following deduction will apply:
A deduction of SAR 100 for products valued at SAR 999 or less.
A deduction of 14% for products valued above SAR 1,000.
Shipping outside Riyadh city is carried out through certified companies within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and takes up to 14 working days for delivery to the doorstep (ground floor only, upper floors excluded). The service does not include installation.
If delivery is difficult due to a road unsuitable for the transport vehicle, the customer will be contacted to collect the order from the shipping company's warehouse. Al-Khunaizan bears no responsibility in this regard.
If the shipping company is delayed beyond the agreed date, Al-Khunaizan commits to a full refund of the paid amount, with no liability for any damages incurred by the customer.
Delivery is subject to the customer's acceptance and scheduling of a suitable appointment with the shipping team.
If the customer cannot be reached at the agreed time, a delivery delay may occur with no responsibility on Al-Khunaizan.
Rescheduling delivery within Riyadh city costs SAR 100 per appointment.
If the product is not received within 30 days, a storage fee of 5% will be charged for every 30 days.
Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return fees for products within Riyadh city:
SAR 100 when the order is collected from the customer.
Free of charge when the customer delivers the order to one of the company's showrooms.
Return fees for products from outside Riyadh city after the bill of lading has been issued:
SAR 100 for purchases valued at SAR 999 or less.
14% of the purchase value for orders valued at SAR 1,000 or more.
If a product is returned and is not in its original condition, 40% of the product's value will be deducted.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it provided that it is:
In the manufacturer's original packaging.
In its original, undamaged condition.
Including all labels and external fastening straps.
Containing all accessories and the included instruction manual.
You may submit a "Return Request" within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the product through:
Your request will be handled within 24 hours, God willing.
We do not accept returns for products that:
Have scratches.
Were damaged due to misuse.
Were purchased as display items — these cannot be returned after receipt unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Were damaged due to the use of an incorrect voltage.
The company reserves the right to refuse the return of any product that does not meet the above criteria.
In the event of hidden damage that was not apparent upon receipt of the goods:
The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt.
The company will not be responsible for any compensation, replacement, or if the product is out of stock after this period has passed.
Before signing for receipt of the product, you must verify:
That the model number and country of manufacture on the product match what was ordered.
That the outer packaging is undamaged.
No complaints regarding differences in product model, country of manufacture, or external damage will be accepted after signing for receipt, except for manufacturing defects, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Payment
Our payment system includes only electronic payment methods approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
All payments, including licenses and financial entitlements, must be made in Saudi Riyals.
Cash payment is not available.
We do not share any payment information processed through the website with other companies or individuals, unless requested by an official legal authority.
If we are unable to fulfill the order or part of it, we will notify you directly. The full or partial amount paid will be refunded via the same payment method.
Your use of the payment methods available on our platform constitutes your implicit agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use this service.
Exceptions
Software and video games are non-returnable.
In accordance with hygiene and public health regulations, we do not accept returns of health and beauty products such as shavers, hair removal devices, and personal care appliances. These are also not eligible for exchange or refund, except in the case of a manufacturing defect within 7 days.
Before signing for receipt of the product, you must verify the model number on the product and ensure the packaging is undamaged. No complaints regarding differences in product model or external damage will be accepted after signing for receipt, except for manufacturing defects, subject to the Terms and Conditions.
Mobile phones, computers, and gaming devices are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of a defect or fault within 7 days.
Printers, fax machines, photocopiers, accessories, and consumables are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in the case of a defect or fault within 7 days.
When preparing to return a product, it must be in its original condition, with the manufacturer's complete packaging including labels and external cardboard fastening straps (if the packaging is cardboard), along with all accessories and the attached instruction manual.
We do not accept returns of products that have scratches, were damaged due to misuse, or sustained a fault due to the use of an incorrect voltage.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the above criteria.
Warranty, Maintenance, and Repair
Products sold by us are covered by the agent's warranty for two years, starting from the date of purchase.
All electrical appliances we sell are designed to operate on a voltage range of 220–240 volts, unless otherwise specified.
If you are unable to operate the product using this voltage/power source, we advise against using the product.
Products damaged as a result of using an incorrect power source are not covered by the agent's warranty terms and conditions.
All products sold in our showrooms have passed quality checks and are considered ready for use upon shipment.
If there is any issue with the product on the day of receipt, we advise contacting the authorized agent's service center in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia directly to request product repair.
You may also contact customer service to find out about authorized service centers, agent names, locations, and contact details.
Terms and Conditions for Air Conditioner Installation
Al-Khunaizan reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of an air conditioner after installation.
If the installation option is not available for air conditioning products, the displayed price is the product price only and does not include installation costs.
When selecting the installation service, a maximum of 4 meters of copper piping will be provided per split air conditioner only. This will not be provided if installation is not selected or if pre-installed piping already exists.
After installation, the unit falls under the agent's warranty, which covers all maintenance and repair work during the warranty period.
The customer must prepare the installation site to facilitate the installation process (civil works, décor, plumbing, air conditioning water drainage, etc.) and provide appropriate electrical power.
Al-Khunaizan is not responsible for providing cranes if the site requires one.
Installation or dismantling services for air conditioners must be listed on a separate line.
Free installation at Al-Khunaizan covers only four meters of copper piping; any additional meters will incur extra charges payable by the customer.
The installation team is not responsible for electrical wiring extensions.
The customer must pay for additional meters at SAR 80 per meter for Korean copper piping, and SAR 100 per meter for American copper piping, or any additional costs, prior to installation.
Al-Khunaizan is not responsible for the quality of copper piping already pre-installed at the installation site.
When selecting the installation service, installation is available within Riyadh city only. Installation service is not available outside Riyadh city.
If a wall bracket is required for installation, the cost will be borne by the customer.
Air conditioners must be installed at a height of no less than 150 cm from the ground.
Window air conditioners are not installed in elevator rooms or closed light wells.
The company is not responsible for removing the old air conditioner if one exists. If the customer requests removal, additional charges will apply.
