Alkhunaizan reserves the right to cancel orders with mismatched address information without prior notice.
If an incorrect address outside Riyadh is entered after a shipping label is issued, the following fees apply:
Shipping outside Riyadh is done through certified carriers and may take up to 14 working days. Delivery is to the ground floor only and does not include installation.
If delivery is not possible due to road conditions, the customer must collect the item from the carrier’s warehouse.
If the shipping company delays delivery, the full amount will be refunded without liability for damages.
Delivery depends on customer availability and agreeing on a delivery time slot.
Rescheduling delivery within Riyadh costs 100 SAR per appointment.
If the product is not collected within 30 days, a storage fee of 5% per 30 days will apply.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return fees within Riyadh:
Returns from outside Riyadh after a shipping label is issued:
If the product is not returned in its original condition, 40% will be deducted.
You may return or exchange a product if it meets the following conditions:

We do not accept returns for products that:
Hidden damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers must verify model number, origin, and packaging condition before signing for delivery.
No claims will be accepted after signing, except for manufacturing defects.
Available payment methods include approved electronic payment options within Saudi Arabia.
All payments and financial obligations must be completed in Saudi Riyals.
Cash on delivery is not available.
Payment information will not be shared unless requested by an official legal authority.
If we cannot fulfill your order or part of it, we will notify you and refund the amount using the original payment method.
Use of our payment services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Software and video games are non-returnable.
Due to health regulations, personal care items (shavers, hair removal devices, etc.) are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is reported within 7 days.
Mobile devices, computers, and gaming consoles are non-returnable unless defective within 7 days.
Printers, fax machines, imaging devices, accessories, and supplies are non-returnable unless defective within 7 days.
Returned items must be in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect voltage are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the required conditions.
All products sold by us are covered by a 2-year warranty from the authorized agent, starting from the purchase date.
All electrical products are designed to operate on 220–240V unless otherwise stated.
If you cannot operate the device using the required voltage, you are advised not to use it.
Damage resulting from incorrect voltage is not covered by the warranty.
All products undergo quality checks and are ready for use upon shipping.
For issues found on the day of delivery, you should directly contact the authorized service provider.

The company reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange of an air conditioner after installation.
If installation service is not selected, the displayed price is for the product only.
Choosing installation includes up to 4 meters of copper piping for split AC units only. Extra piping is not provided when using existing piping or when installation is not performed.
After installation, the unit falls under the authorized agent’s warranty.
The customer must prepare the installation site (civil works, décor, plumbing, drainage, electrical supply).
The company is not responsible for providing lifting equipment.
Installation or removal fees must be listed as a separate line item.
Free installation includes only 4 meters of copper piping. Additional meters will be charged as follows:
The company is not responsible for the quality of pre-installed copper piping.
Installation is available only within Riyadh.
Wall brackets, if required, must be paid for by the customer.
AC units must be installed at a minimum height of 150 cm.
Window AC units cannot be installed in elevator shafts or enclosed spaces.
The company is not responsible for removing old AC units; removal incurs additional fees.
