We reserve the full right to limit the quantity of items selected per person, family, or single order in the “Shopping Cart.”
We strive to provide accurate and comprehensive product information (availability, pricing, specifications, images, and features). However, typographical errors may occasionally occur.
We make every effort to display product colors accurately, but actual colors depend on your screen settings, which are beyond our control.
Publishing product or service details (including marketing materials, advertisements, and offers) does not guarantee availability or pricing, whether online or in-store.
Errors may occur while providing product or pricing details. Prices are confirmed only upon order completion.
If a product is invoiced with incorrect pricing or details, the website reserves the right to:

Cancel your order and notify you.
Once your order is accepted, the total cost will be charged, and you will be notified by email.
Some price differences may occur between store and online prices.
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All product prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Some products may not include a power cable as per standards; please follow installation instructions accordingly.
Delivery within 3–4 business days for small products and 3–7 days for large ones (Fridays and Saturdays excluded).
These durations are void during public crises, weather issues, or official holidays such as Eid or National Day.
If the shipping company refuses to deliver large items, the order will be canceled and the customer notified within 24 hours.
Alkhunaizan reserves the right to cancel orders and refund payments if incorrect address data is entered (e.g., Riyadh selected but address outside Riyadh).
For incorrect addresses outside Riyadh, after shipping, the following deductions apply:
SAR 100 for products valued at SAR 999 or less.
14% deduction for products over SAR 1000.
Delivery outside Riyadh takes up to 14 business days via certified carriers, limited to ground-floor delivery without installation.
If access is difficult due to road conditions, customers must collect orders from the carrier warehouse.
Delays caused by the shipping company entitle the customer to a full refund without further liability.
Delivery depends on customer coordination and availability.
If the customer is unreachable, delivery may be delayed without liability on Alkhunaizan.
Failure to receive the product within 30 days incurs a 5% storage fee per 30 days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return fees within Riyadh:
SAR 100 if collected by us.
Free if returned directly to one of our showrooms.
Return fees from outside Riyadh after shipping label issuance:
SAR 100 for orders worth SAR 999 or less.
14% of the order value for purchases worth SAR 1000 or more.
Returns not in original condition incur a 40% deduction.
If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange the product provided it is:
In full factory packaging.
In original undamaged condition.
Includes all labels and ties.
Contains all accessories and manuals.
Requests for return must be submitted within 7 days of receipt via:

Your request will be handled within 24 hours.
We do not accept returns for products that:
Have scratches.
Were damaged due to misuse.
Were damaged by incorrect voltage.
The company reserves the right to reject returns not meeting the above conditions.
For hidden damages, notify the company within 24 hours of receipt; no compensation will be offered after this period.
Before signing the delivery, ensure the model and origin match your order and that packaging is intact.
No claims regarding mismatched models or external damage will be accepted after signing, except for manufacturing defects.
Payments are accepted only via official electronic methods within Saudi Arabia.
All payments must be made in Saudi Riyals.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Payment data is never shared except when legally required.
If we cannot fulfill all or part of your order, you will be notified, and the amount refunded through the same payment method.
Using our payment methods implies your agreement to these terms; if you disagree, do not use this service.
Software and video games are non-returnable.
For hygiene reasons, personal care products (shavers, hair removal, grooming devices) are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is found within 7 days.
Before signing, verify the model and packaging condition. Complaints after signing are not accepted, except for manufacturing defects.
Mobile phones, computers, and gaming devices are non-returnable unless defective within 7 days.
Printers, fax machines, copiers, accessories, and supplies are non-returnable unless defective within 7 days.
Returned items must be in original factory packaging, including all labels, ties, and accessories.
Products with scratches, misuse, or incorrect voltage damage will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above standards.
All products sold are covered by a 2-year official agent warranty starting from the purchase date.
All electrical appliances are designed for 220–240V unless otherwise stated.
If you cannot operate the product with this voltage, we advise against using it.
Products damaged due to incorrect voltage are not covered by warranty.
All sold items have passed quality checks and are ready for use upon shipping.
If an issue occurs on the delivery day, contact the authorized agent’s service center in Saudi Arabia for repair.
You may also contact customer service for agent details and service center information.
Alkhunaizan reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges after installation.
If installation is not included, the displayed price covers the unit only.
Installation service includes up to 4 meters of copper piping per split unit. Extra meters or pre-installed piping are excluded.
After installation, the unit is under the agent’s warranty, who handles maintenance during the warranty period.
The customer must prepare the site for installation, ensuring electricity and drainage access.
Alkhunaizan is not responsible for providing lifting equipment if required.
Installation or dismantling must be listed as a separate service line.
Free installation covers only 4 meters of copper; extra length is charged to the customer.
The installation team is not responsible for electrical wiring.
Customers must pay SAR 80/meter for Korean copper or SAR 100/meter for American copper before installation.
Alkhunaizan is not liable for the quality of pre-installed copper pipes.
Installation service is available only within Riyadh.
If a wall bracket is needed, the customer bears the cost.
Air conditioners must be installed at least 150 cm above ground level.
Window-type AC units cannot be installed in elevator shafts or enclosed areas.
The company is not responsible for dismantling old AC units. If requested, extra charges apply.
