From a single showroom on Al-Suwaidi General Street to one of the Kingdom's leading retailers in air conditioning and home appliances — a story of growth spanning more than three decades.
Founded in March 1988 by brothers Hamad and Sulaiman Al-Khunaizan, Sulaiman Al-Khunaizan Stores for Home Appliances and Air Conditioning began its journey with a modest showroom on Al-Suwaidi General Street, covering 176 square meters and supported by 84 square meters of storage space. This humble beginning laid the groundwork for what would become one of Saudi Arabia's leading retail companies in the field of air conditioning and home appliances.
In November 2018, the company evolved into Al-Khunaizan Trading Company (LLC)—a transformation aimed at building a stronger, more agile organization equipped to grow and thrive in the fast-changing Saudi market.
Today, the company proudly operates 11 showrooms with a total display area exceeding 12,000 square meters, alongside central warehouses spanning more than 8,500 square meters. This scale enables us to offer a wide range of premium products and outstanding service to customers throughout the Kingdom.
