Return & Exchange Policy:
• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• The product is in its original manufacturer packaging.
• It is unused and undamaged.
• It includes all labels, tie straps, accessories, and the user manual.

• Your request will be processed within 24 business hours.
Return or exchange will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Products showing scratches or damages due to misuse.
• Products damaged due to use of incompatible voltage.
• If the original packaging conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject the request.
Upon Delivery:
Please ensure:
• The product model matches the one listed on the box.
• The packaging is not damaged or opened.
• Complaints related to model differences or external damage will not be accepted after signing the delivery, unless:
• There is a manufacturer defect (as per terms and conditions).
In Case of Hidden Damage:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
• After 24 hours, we will not be responsible for compensation or replacement, especially if the item is out of stock.
