• Orders within Riyadh are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days.

• Installation of air conditioners within Riyadh city takes 2–7 business days.

• Orders outside Riyadh are processed and shipped within 14 business days.

• In the event of an incorrect address being provided, the company reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount..

• The company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the courier; however, the customer may request a refund if the order is not received.
