Dear Customer, you must read and understand the following terms and regulations (the "Terms and Conditions" list).

By using this website for purchasing purposes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please review the Terms and Conditions carefully before you start using the electronic services.

If you do not agree with or cannot comply with any law or condition in the list, we advise you not to use the electronic services provided by us.

Terms of Use
Use of the website services is available only to persons legally competent to represent themselves under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Persons who are not legally competent to represent themselves under local contract laws may not use the website services.

If you are a minor (under 18 years of age), you may use the website services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, provided they agree and comply with the terms of use.

Users are responsible for their use of the website services from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and must fully comply with the local laws applicable in that jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions are effective and supersede any previous forms of commercial representation, verbal agreements, or other understandings, unless specific additional conditions apply to a certain product or service.

By using the website services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

You must never violate or attempt to violate the website's security protections, including but not limited to:

Accessing information not intended for you or entering a server or account you are not authorized to use officially.
Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system or network, or to breach security measures without authorization.
Interfering or disrupting the service provided to other users, hosts, or networks, including but not limited to spreading viruses, overloading the website, sending chain emails, spam, or other harmful means.
Sending unsolicited messages, including commercial offers or advertisements of products or services.
Spoofing or forging IP addresses, email addresses, or any part of a website address for fraudulent purposes in emails or mailing lists.

Violations harmful to the system or network security may result in civil and criminal penalties.

By using this website, you agree not to use system resources—hardware, software, or any method—to interfere or disrupt the website operations or services.

The website will investigate any activities that may involve such violations and cooperate with judicial authorities to prosecute offenders.

You bear full responsibility for all actions carried out through your personal account using your password.

Products and Customer Reviews
Customers who submit product or service reviews to Alkhunaizan Trading Company grant full rights and permissions to republish their reviews.

Alkhunaizan Company may use these reviews in marketing materials or on the website.

This is done without further consent from the customer, based on their prior agreement when submitting the review.

Shopping Cart
We reserve the full right to limit the quantity of selected items per person, family, or per single order in the "Shopping Cart."

Product Details, Stock, and Prices
In our ongoing effort to provide accurate and comprehensive product information (such as availability, prices, product specifications, illustrative images, and technical features) and detailed service information, some typographical errors may occur.

We strive for maximum accuracy in displaying product colors on the website, but the colors you see depend mainly on your screen settings, which are beyond our control.

Publishing product or service details (including but not limited to marketing brochures, advertisements, commercial offers, magazine ads, and flyers) on the website does not guarantee the availability of products, offers, or prices either through online shopping or direct showroom sales.

Errors may occur during the provision of products or services and price details on the website. The website cannot provide you with product prices individually or the total cost until you complete your electronic order.

If an invoice is issued for a product or service with incorrect pricing or information due to a pricing or product data entry error, the website has the right to:

Contact you to clarify the error and how to handle it, or
Cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.

If your order is accepted and processed electronically, the total cost will be charged to your credit card, and you will be notified via email that the payment was successful.

Despite our efforts to offer the lowest prices in Saudi Arabia, some discrepancies may occur between showroom prices and website prices.

We strive to provide the best prices on the website and across all our showrooms; however, price differences may exist between the website and showroom.

Product availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Prices may differ between the website and showrooms.

All product and service prices include VAT unless otherwise stated in specific cases.

Some products do not come with electric cables per specifications and standards; therefore, buyers must follow the installation and connection instructions.

Delivery Information
Delivery time is 3 to 4 working days for small products and 3 to 7 working days for large products. (Friday and Saturday are not counted as working days).

These timeframes do not apply during crises or force majeure events such as heavy rains, travel restrictions, or official holidays like Eid and Saudi National Day.

If the shipping company refuses to deliver large-size orders or for any other reason, the order will be canceled, and the customer will be notified by email within 24 hours.

Alkhunaizan Electrical Appliances and Air Conditioning Company reserves the right to cancel orders and refund the amount paid if incorrect or mismatched address data is provided, such as specifying Riyadh city while the actual address is outside Riyadh, without prior consultation.

If incorrect address data outside Riyadh is entered and a shipping waybill is issued, the following deductions apply:

SAR 100 discount for products priced SAR 999 or less.
14% discount for products priced SAR 1,000 or more.

Shipping outside Riyadh is done via certified companies within Saudi Arabia and can take up to 14 working days for delivery to the doorstep (ground floor only, no upper floors included). Installation is not included.

If delivery is difficult due to an unsuitable road for the transport vehicle, the customer will be contacted to collect the order from the shipping company's warehouse. Alkhunaizan assumes no responsibility in this case.

If the shipping company delays delivery, Alkhunaizan will refund the full paid amount without any liability for damages incurred by the customer.

Delivery depends on the customer's acceptance and scheduling a suitable appointment with the shipping team.

Failure to contact the customer at the scheduled time may cause delivery delays without any liability on Alkhunaizan.

If the product is not received within 30 days, a storage fee of 5% of the product value will be charged every 30 days.

Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Product return fees within Riyadh:

SAR 100 when the customer receives the order.
Free if the customer delivers the order to one of the company’s showrooms.

Product return fees outside Riyadh after issuing a shipping waybill:

SAR 100 for purchases SAR 999 or less.
14% of the purchase value for purchases SAR 1,000 or more.

If the returned product is not in its original condition, 40% of the product value will be deducted.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it provided that:

It is in the original factory packaging.
It is in its original undamaged condition.
It includes all labels and external binding straps.
It contains all accessories and the attached instruction manual.

You may submit a "Product Return" request within seven (7) days from the date of receipt via:

Your request will be processed within 24 hours, God willing.

We do not accept returns of products that:

Have scratches.
Are damaged due to misuse.
Have faults caused by using incorrect voltage.

The company reserves the right to refuse any returned product that does not meet the above criteria.

In case of hidden damage not apparent upon receipt:

The customer must notify the company within 24 hours of receipt.
The company is not responsible for any compensation or replacement if the product is out of stock after this period.

Before signing to receive the product, please ensure:

The model printed on the outside of the product matches the order.
The external packaging is undamaged.

No complaints about model discrepancies or external damage are accepted after signing except for manufacturing defects, according to terms and conditions.

Payment
Our payment system includes only electronic payment methods approved in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

All payments, including licenses and financial dues, must be made in Saudi Riyals.

Cash payments are not available.

We do not share any payment information made through the website with other companies or individuals unless requested by an official legal authority.

If we cannot provide the full order or part of it, we will inform you directly and refund the full or partial amount via the same payment method.

Using the available payment methods implies your implicit agreement to these terms. If you disagree with any of these terms, please refrain from using this service.

Exceptions
Software and video games are non-returnable.

In accordance with public health and hygiene laws, we do not accept returns of health and beauty products such as shavers, hair removal devices, and personal care devices. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable except in case of a manufacturing defect reported within 7 days.

Before signing for product receipt, ensure the model on the product matches the order and the packaging is intact. We do not accept complaints about model differences or external damage after signing except for manufacturing defects, subject to terms.

Mobile phones, computers, and gaming devices are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except in case of defect reported within 7 days.

Printers, fax machines, copiers, accessories, and consumables are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable except in case of defect reported within 7 days.

When preparing to return a product, it must be in its original condition, with full factory packaging, including all labels, external carton straps (if applicable), accessories, and instruction manuals.

We do not accept returns of products with scratches, damaged due to misuse, or faults caused by using incorrect voltage.
