Definitions

• Extended Warranty: an additional service designed to cover manufacturing defects that may appear after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. The Extended Warranty does not cover breakage or damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or fire.
• Accidental Damage Insurance: an additional protection service designed to cover damages resulting from unintentional accidents that may occur to the device during normal use, such as breakage or liquid spillage. This helps ensure user peace of mind and reduces unexpected repair costs.
• Full Protection: this comprehensive package combines Extended Warranty and Accidental Damage Insurance, extending the manufacturer’s warranty for one, two or three additional years while providing immediate coverage for unexpected damage, such as breakage and liquid spills, from the purchase date for up to three years.

Terms & Conditions

• Extended warranty from tree starts after the manufacturer’s warranty expires. However, in the case of accidental damage coverage, coverage begins immediately upon delivery of the product to the customer.
• Maximum Claims:
  • First, extended warranty: there is no maximum claim limit during the policy period. If the same defect recurs three times, the product will be replaced immediately.
  • Second, accidental damage coverage: one replacement claim, two repairs, or a replacement after repair.
• The warranty policy, whether extended or accidental damage, expires upon device replacement.
• Coverage does not include negligence, theft, or fire.
• In the case of accidental damage coverage, a depreciation rate may be applied to the product upon replacement, based on the number of years of use and the type of product.
• Geographical coverage is limited to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
