If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return or exchange it (provided that it is in its original factory packaging and is not subject to damage, including stickers, external fasteners, all accessories and attached instruction manual). You can, within (7) days of receiving the product, request a "product return request" through the WhatsApp service or by sending us an email at [email protected], and the request will be dealt with within 24 hours, God willing. We do not accept the return of products that contain scratches or were damaged due to misuse or a malfunction due to the use of an incompatible voltage. We have the right to agree not to accept the return of products that do not meet the above criteria
In the event of hidden damage that was not apparent to you at the time of receipt of the goods, the customer must quickly notify the company within 24 hours of the time of receipt of the goods to take the necessary action, otherwise the company will not be responsible for any compensation, replacement, or expiration of the product from the warehouses.
Before signing the product receipt, make sure that the model is registered on the product from the outside and that the packaging is not damaged. We will not accept any complaints regarding a difference in the product model or external damage after signing the receipt, except for a manufacturing defect and subject to the terms and conditions.
